Activitty cancellation: It will be held rain or snow. Even if there is a downpour, the event will be held if the river water level is within safety standards. If a project is canceled, we will contact the person making the reservation by 8:00 pm the day before the event. If you do not hear from us, we will basically hold the event, so thank you for your understanding. However, in rare cases, we may be forced to cancel a project just before the event due to weather warnings and in situations where safety cannot be ensured. Please note that in the event of a cancellation just before the event, participants will be responsible for transportation costs to the venue. In addition, if the event is canceled at the last minute due to unavoidable reasons, we will either change the participation date or refund the full amount of the participation fee paid.

Description

This plan is for foreign customers who are not good at Japanese. An English speaking guide will accompany you. This is for people who want to fully enjoy kayaking and playing in the river. The project will last approximately 3 hours from reception to dismissal. It is suitable for beginner kayakers and can be experienced with peace of mind. Since you will be using a shallow area with a gentle flow, there is almost no need to worry about tipping over.
