※ The time you reserved is the exact departure time. Please arrive at the site 20 minutes in advance.

※ Check-in, payment, and gear fitting must be completed before departure.

※ If you are unable to arrive on time, you may be moved to the next available departure slot. We kindly ask for your understanding.

※ If needed, please use the restroom before starting the check-in process.

【Participant Requirement】

・Visitors 110 cm and above are eligible to participate.

・Children in the 2nd grade of primary school must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or older. (One guardian may accompany up to four children.)

・For children 3rd grade and above, guardians are requested to ensure their safety from the designated visitor route.

・If you have any questions regarding the accompanying conditions or need assistance, please feel free to contact us.

【Clothing Notice】

・The course landing area may be slippery due to melting snow; wear a windproof jacket or clothes that can get dirty.

・Shoes should fully cover the feet, such as boots, snow boots, or sneakers.

・Gloves (work gloves) should be five-fingered to operate safety devices properly.

・The course may be temporarily closed during strong winds, heavy snow, or other severe weather. Please check conditions before visiting.
