Important Information

Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 or older.

Children aged 3 and under are free of charge and do not require a ticket.

Animals are not allowed, except for assistance dogs.

Please present your ticket with a QR code (on your smartphone screen or printed) for admission.

【Regarding Items Brought into the Venue】

・Please use the designated parking area for strollers.

・Large luggage cannot be brought into the venue.

（There is no storage facility inside the building, so please use external lockers in advance.）

・Food and drinks cannot be brought in (bottled drinks with lids and water bottles are allowed). Alcohol and hazardous items are not permitted.

・Please refrain from wearing clothing or bringing items that may disturb other guests’ viewing experience, such as light-up shoes or glow sticks.

・Some exhibits include dark areas or uneven footing.

・Children must be supervised and guided safely under the responsibility of their guardians.

・Due to structural limitations, some exhibits may not be accessible.

・Children must always be supervised by their guardians to ensure safe viewing.

・Wheelchair entry is possible.

・Some exhibits feature mirrored floors.

（A wrap cloth is available for guests wearing skirts.）

・Photography and video recording are allowed, but please be considerate of other visitors.

・The use of tripods, selfie sticks, or any equipment longer than 30 cm is not permitted.
